The year is turning. The light is giving way, and something in you knows it's time to descend.
Autumn is the great shoulder season — the hinge between the fullness of summer and the long, quiet dark of winter. It's the year's waning phase, its luteal season: a time not for pushing, but for harvesting. For looking back at what this year grew, gathering what's ripe, and letting go of what's done.
This Equinox, I'm holding a free circle for women who feel that pull — who sense that the work of this season isn't to do more, but to shed, release, and rest.
